They are:

Kathryn Logan: Kathryn joined the Moray Firth Partnership in 2002 to focus on coastal management, having previously worked in farming and property development and local government. As manager of the MFP, Kathryn’s work includes promoting knowledge-sharing and cross-sector cooperation to improve the long term, sustainable management of our coasts and seas. She is responsible for initiating and managing a wide range of projects and events, including Seafood – See Here!

Neil Robertson: Neil is an elected non-affiliated Fishermen’s Spokesperson to the Scottish Government’s North West Inshore Fisheries Group.

John Cox: John is chairman of the Moray Firth and North Coast Inshore Fisheries Group, Chief Executive of the Scottish Seafood Association and a Councillor for Aberdeenshire Council. With over 30 years’ experience working in the seafood industry, John is a former proprietor of hotels and restaurants and has significant experience and expertise in working with the retail and catering sectors.

Gordon Scott: Gordon led the hospitality and tourism programme at Moray College UHI, prior to his retirement.

Finally, a special mention to Liz Ashworth, who has been a strong supporter of Seafood – See Here! and made a valuable contribution to the project through the organising of cookery demonstrations and the developing of seafood recipes.

Liz is a Scottish food writer and food product developer, with a particular interest in preserving Scotland’s food heritage and using local products to make high quality, wholesome food. Liz has written a series of cookery books for beginners and writes food columns for a number of publications.
